Senior Vice President
Greg became head of licensing for Velos Media in 2020, after working at Marconi for several years, including on the creation and continued development of Velos Media, among other projects.
Greg has spent his career working across business disciplines, providing strategic leadership and legal counsel for multinational companies. He has more than 30 years’ experience in areas such as intellectual property management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and strategic planning.
Immediately prior to joining Marconi, Greg worked with a variety of different small and medium sized companies, start-ups and other technology-related ventures providing general counsel, transactional and strategic services. Earlier in his career, Greg served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Ryan, LLC, a global tax consulting firm, where he was responsible for all legal activities, IP and corporate governance, as well as for corporate development.
Greg holds a JD from Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina where he graduated with Honors. He also holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri where he graduated Cum Laude.
